• Able to contribute 3-5 hours per week (one 30 minute meeting per week)

• Utilizes multiple strategies (both digital and in-person) to recruit tutors and students
• Passionate about spreading Do Re Mi's reach
• Regularly updates Notion with progress
• Attends monthly meetings to review results
• Completes monthly assignments
