Musical Experience: 

• Professionally trained in Carnatic (Indian classical) music for 10 years, with numerous lead performances at charity events and some solo Carnatic concerts
• ​Trained across multiple vocal styles, including opera, classical, pop, musical theatre, Indian pop, and Carnatic music
• Strong foundation in both Western and Indian musical traditions, with a focus on vocal versatility and musical expression
• Top 10 finalist in a statewide Italian opera competition (out of over 70 applicants), placing 7th and earning a $200 award (Grade 10)
• Received Division 1 ratings at Solo & Ensemble Regionals and States in both classical and musical theatre categories (Grades 9 & 10)
• Selected member of Novi Singers, the highest-level vocal ensemble at high school
• Performed as a soloist at major events including the MHSAA Division 1 & 2 Hockey Finals and Semifinals (Grade 10)
• Performed at a Detroit Pistons game with Novi Singers (Grade 10)
• Sang as the lead vocalist with a local Indian band at the Cups n Chai concert, which was my first paid performance (Grade 9)
• Two years of middle school choir experience helped lay the foundation for formal vocal training
